We are looking for candidates ideally with proven cleaning experience (references required), a good track record of reliability, trustworthiness and a love of cleaning. Duties are all aspects of cleaning and. will need to show initiative to make a difference in their work.
Must be a time-served bricklayer. Must have a CSCS card. Duties will include building brickwork, block work, stone work and general bricklaying duties as required. Must be prepared to travel and work outside the Rochdale area. This is a temporary position for at least 16 weeks
Must have CSCS card. Duties will include all aspects of general labouring and some groundwork. This is a temporary role for 5 weeks.
We require a Highly Skilled and motivated CSCS Card Holding Plasterer. Duties to include skimming and general plastering duties.
Must be a fully qualified and experienced electrician. Must be able to provide evidence of certification. Must have clean driving licence. Wage is negotiable depending on experience. Will be working around Manchester on both commercial and domestic contracts.
Essential experience in plumbing, bathroom fitting and tiling required. Gas safe registration or experience would be beneficial but not essential. Duties will include bathroom fitting and general plumbing for domestic and commercial clients across the North West.
Must have experience within this field and you must have access to own transport and tools. Duties will include all aspects of joinery including skirting boards, door hanging, cabinets and other duties as necessary.
