Maintenance Service

As time goes by, every rental property will need require some maintenance. Our Maintenance Service provides a quick and reliable solution to any problem, no matter how large or small. We have teams of experienced tradesmen, gardeners and professional cleaners which can be deployed at short notice. Quotes can be prepared on demand, with preferential rates available to landlords who are registered for the WSC Management Service.

We also provide Gas Safety Certificates and EPCs at extremely competitive rates. We are here to provide a service, not to take advantage of our valued clients. Prices available upon request.

Gas Safety Certificates

These are a legal requirement for all gas supplied rental properties and must be renewed every 12 months. All contractors are Gas Safe Registered.

Energy Performance Certificates

All rental properties are legally required to have a current EPC. These are to be renewed every 10 years.

PAT Testing

This should be renewed every 3 years in rental properties.

Fire Detection and Alarm System Installation Certificates

Can be provided for all properties which require them. All Contractors are NICEIC approved.
